Each Schedule of Contributions must be submitted to targeted companies and organizations for consultation. ÉEQ’s consultation process covers Schedule application rules and the contribution table, which lists the rates applied to each designated material.

Consultation meetings provide companies and organizations with information on all legal and methodology topics relating to ÉEQ’s Schedule of Contributions. It is also an opportunity for companies to network with their peers, ask questions and share comments. The Schedule of Contributions adopted by ÉEQ’s Board is therefore enhanced by the consultation process. ÉEQ then submits a report on the consultation process and resulting conclusions to RECYC-QUÉBEC.

Following the consultation, lunch will be served to foster networking. During the lunch, ÉEQ will host an information session on its various projects and the directions of the Schedules of Contributions.

Companies wishing to participate in consultations on the 2018 Schedule of Contributions may reserve their seat now for one of the two available sessions.
