Pay on time – it’s important!

We want to be fair to all companies that pay on time. That is why we charge interest and administrative fees on all late payments.

  • An administrative fee, equivalent to 10% of the payment due, will be charged to any company failing to pay its contribution within 90 days of the deadline. This amount offsets the administrative fees incurred by Éco Entreprises Québec.
  • Interest will be calculated daily on the unpaid amount, from the date it should be paid until the actual date of payment.

Can you request a reduction in administrative fees?
