ÉEQ to Hold its Annual General Meeting online

Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ) will be holding its Annual General Assembly (AGA) on April 29th via webinar.

In order to comply with the government of Quebec’s guidelines and help mitigate health and safety risks for organization members and participants, ÉEQ has chosen to hold this year’s AGA online.

This event is meant to foster interactions and give members an opportunity to exchange with the organization that represents them in their obligation to finance the Quebec curbside recycling program.

As always, the AGA will be held in French only, but an English version of the presentation will be available. Additionally, for the purposes of this assembly, only ÉEQ members will have the right to vote.

In Quebec, as elsewhere, the current health crisis will have long-term repercussions and it will impact all businesses. ÉEQ will take this opportunity to update participants:

  • Denis Brisebois, President of the ÉEQ Board of Directors and Maryse Vermette, CEO of ÉEQ, will present a review of 2019 as well as perspectives and main trends for the coming year.
  • Geneviève Dionne, Director, Ecodesign and Circular Economy, will share her analysis regarding packaging ecodesign in the age of COVID-19.

Register here (only member companies are entitled to vote).
