Les Tarifs 2010, 2011 et 2012 sont en vigueur

PLEASE NOTE REPORTING AND PAYMENT DEADLINES

As previously announced, the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Schedules of Contributions were published today, April 11, 2012, in the Gazette officielle du Québec (O.C. 271-2012). All companies and organizations may log on to ÉEQ’s online ECO D reporting system, to start filling out their Company Reports as of April 19, 2012.

BEFORE STARTING TO FILL OUT YOUR REPORT, REMEMBER THAT:

  • You received a new alpha-numeric password on April 2, 2012. You will need it to access your online company file. If you did not receive your password, contact Member Services to validate your e mail address.

  • 2010 data will be required for your 2010 and 2011 Company Reports. Once you have submitted your 2010 Company Report, the data will be automatically copied over for your 2011 report. All you need to do for that report is to submit it. The deadline for submitting your 2010 and 2011 Company Reports is July 10, 2012.

  • 2011 data will be required to file your 2012 Company Report. The deadline for submitting your 2012 Company Report is October 8, 2012.

  • 2010, 2011 and 2012 contributions may be paid in two installments. To avoid interest and administrative charges, be sure to meet the payment deadlines indicated on your invoices.
