Why attend?
Producers who market containers, packaging and printed matter in Quebec are required to pay a yearly contribution under the Environment Quality Act, in order to finance curbside recycling for recyclable materials.
By participating in the consultations, you are ensuring that you are up to date with any change that could affect your next contribution. This is also the time for you to share your comments with us, which will then be passed along to the Éco Entreprises Québec board of directors.
ÉEQ will also take this opportunity to review new policies related to the adhesion contract and the terms and conditions, which have been introduced within the modernization of curbside recycling and extended producer responsibility (EPR).
